From luxurious, creative wedding flowers, wedding styling, event and wedding design alongside coordinated wedding and event furniture, tableware, table linen, tents, props, decor, creation and production. We are fun, friendly, approachable and provide a service that is second to none.
We are lucky to have more enquiries than we can furnish and are happy to be able to work with couples who want to create a truly bespoke and fabulous day.

Our Team
I’m Jen luxury wedding florist, stylist and designer and I’ve been involved in weddings most of my adult life with work featured in glossy magazines and inspirational blogs.
My husband Doug is an engineer, he’s wonderful with all things technical. Light installations, building backdrops, bars, structures to name a few, our brilliant team of helping hands have coined a phrase ‘all you need is Doug’.
our story
We moved to France with our 2 year old daughter in search of family outdoor adventures and fun times together. After a huge countrywide search we found and bought a huge, rambling French farmhouse, the ‘english dream’ as we have been told by French friends, with blue shutters and climbing roses.
We are within walking distance of a beautiful medieval French village but situated in the rolling French countryside, surrounded by vines and sunflowers.
We let out our house for holidays and subsequently for all inclusive floristry courses,, which led us we are to renovating one of the ruined barns that belong to our farmhouse which is our home and Fabulous Things HQ.
We’ve been based in France since 2008 and I started creating fabulous florals for luxury weddings very soon after we arrived (as soon as a Chateau owner discovered my floristry background),
I’ve provided gorgeous Wedding flowers ever since throughout South West France, Provence, Brittany, the UK and was asked to go to Nairobi to do one a huge wedding by the father of one of my couples, who owns a hotel over there.
Spending lots of time at beautiful chateaux, manoir, gorgeous home weddings, beach weddings and all sorts of diverse and fabulous places, we soon realised that we were unable to find the fabulous flowers accessories we wanted to use to live up to these amazing places. Then in a wider sense fabulous furniture hire tableware, table linen, props, lighting, tent hire and styling and design to bring it all together. This made us decide to explore adding a curated collection of hire items alongside a styling, design and coordination option for fabulous wedding days in France. Fabulous Things was created in 2019.
We are also starting a collection of fabulous items for sale in our online boutique.
As a family owned wedding and events company, we have the flexibility to create bespoke additions to your day and tailor everything in a seamless way.
We are based South West France within the Bordeaux, Bergerac, Toulouse triangle. We work all around this area and are very happy to take commissions all around France and beyond.
